The group was formed over thirty years ago, it was two groups Texas Rangers Hemel Hempstead and the Watford Outlaws.

The Rangers was run by Phil Rogers ( far left) and (Texas) Pete Peters, the outlaws was run by Maurice Yates and Bruce Langton, after a chance encounter at the Hayriders country music club the two groups merged and became the Texas Rangers Co. A Hemel Hempstead Division and we have enjoyed a very successful 30+ years
